StillGlowing.org

StillGlowing.org is an international, science-informed advocacy initiative dedicated to improving understanding of the multigenerational health consequences of ionizing radiation exposure.  Working in collaboration with affected communities, researchers, clinicians, and organizations, its mission is to increase awareness, improve access to emerging genetic technologies, and support responsible research into inherited radiation-related health outcomes. Its projects focus on documenting transgenerational impacts, expanding educational and medical resources, and fostering global partnerships that bridge lived experience with scientific investigation. 

LABRATS.International

​LABRATS.International is a global organization dedicated to representing individuals and groups affected by atomic and nuclear testing programs, including veterans, scientists, civilians, and their families. The organization offers free membership to UK veterans and their descendants, providing a platform for community engagement and support. LABRATS also facilitates applications for the Nuclear Test Veteran Medal, recognizing UK and Commonwealth personnel involved in nuclear tests between 1952 and 1967. Through educational resources, campaigns, and events, LABRATS aims to raise awareness about the impacts of nuclear testing and advocate for the recognition and rights of those affected. 

Sequencing.com

Sequencing is collaborating with iGLOW.world, an initiative to provide specialized genetic sequencing services for individuals exposed to ionizing radiation. Their mission is to bridge global gaps among radiation-exposed communities by offering unique resources and information aimed at improving health outcomes. Through at-home, on-demand whole genome sequencing tests, the Sequencing parnership enables access to the assessment of inherited genetic anomalies specific to this medically marginalized population. A comprehensive approach allows for the identification of potential health issues, empowering individuals with actionable insights into their genetic health.

Recognizing the unique challenges posed by governmental secrecy and restricted records, the organization aims to bridge global gaps by providing access to pertinent information and resources. Their initiatives focus on understanding and addressing transgenerational genetic damage resulting from radiation exposure. Notable projects include the Tooth Fairy Project, which seeks to re-examine baby teeth collected during past studies to uncover new insights into radiation's genetic impacts, and the Gender & Radiation Impact Project, highlighting the heightened health risks faced by women in radiation-affected zones. Through these efforts, Children of Atomic Veterans strives to improve health outcomes for affected families and raise awareness about the enduring consequences of nuclear testing.
